Nicole Jauregui, MA, LMHCA
Director of Clinical Training & Psychotherapist
I am a holistic clinician who works from a biopsychosocial perspective, helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves and the experiences that have shaped their lives.
work with individuals across the lifespan, with significant experience supporting late-diagnosed autistic women. My approach integrates humanistic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, art therapy, and play therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and ways of expressing themselves.
I am committed to providing neuro-affirming, identity-affirming care, and I have experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ identities. I currently offer both psychological evaluations and therapy services under supervision by Dr. Anna DiNoto.
My research interests focus on the burnout of medical care providers, neurodivergence in adult females, and the use of narrative therapy in trauma healing. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change through compassionate, collaborative work.
