Anna DiNoto, PsyD, LMHC, CFMHE

Owner / Director / Psychologist

I go by Anna (pronounced AH-nuh) or Dr. Anna, and I am a Christian and neurodivergent psychologist. As a health care provider, I combine deep analytical focus with genuine compassion. I am known for my ability to zoom in on the fine details while keeping the big picture in mind, connecting the dots to deliver precise, individualized services. Whether I am speaking with a patient or writing a report for the court, I use straightforward language so that complex psychological concepts are easy for everyone to understand.

In my clinical practice, I provide psychoeducational testing for all ages. I specialize in complex mental health presentations, twice exceptionality (2E), and intellectual developmental delays (including autism), with a specific focus on neurodivergent females. My priority is to explain every step of the process clearly, breaking down the service you are seeking into manageable, paced steps to ensure you are informed and avoid overwhelm.

In the forensic and legal space, I offer mental health consultations to attorneys and perform objective mental health evaluations for court, educational, and disability contexts. I offer expert witness testimony, comprehensive case reviews, and specialized evaluations for matters involving child custody, parenting evaluations, personal injury, discrimination, fitness for duty, and psychosexual cases. I excel at breaking down complex data to explain exactly what it means, translating those insights into practical, actionable recommendations to help attorneys and courts make informed decisions.

Whether serving in a clinical or forensic role, my commitment remains the same: to provide objective, evidence-based services. I uphold rigorous ethical standards and ground my findings in data to cut through complexity and deliver clear answers.

Outside of my professional life, there’s a high likelihood you’ll find me being a mom to my two elementary-aged children, at the gym or on my Peloton, listening to music or going to concerts, volunteering in my community and church, and/or mentoring graduate psychology students.
